Our Executive Team

ALISON ENGLAND   Interim Deputy Chief Executive Officer / Director of Primary

Ali England has over twenty years’ experience working in a range of large Primary schools in challenging circumstances . Prior to her role as Director of School Improvement, she gained extensive experience as Headteacher, Head School Support for Local Authority and Head of Safeguarding for a large trust of over 60 schools. 

Ali has particular expertise in teaching and learning, curriculum and leadership development. In her role as Director of Primary, Ali works closely with leaders at all levels to secure and maintain excellence in the education the schools provide. She believes that coaching, continuous professional development, and collaboration are the key to making this happen. 

Jon Hebblethwaite   Headteacher Jack Hunt School

Jon Hebblethwaite is the Headteacher at Jack Hunt School. After his initial degree in Politics from Swansea University, he began teaching in 1996 and soon completed his PGCE in Secondary History in Bristol (his home city). His first job was in Luton, and he has taught in a variety of school in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. He became a senior leader in 2007 and has previously been a Head at a school in South-West Herts and also in Oxford.  He is passionate about how as educators we can improve the life chances of young people and is thrilled to be the Head at Jack Hunt School. He is looking forward to collaboration with everyone across the Trust and with other school in Peterborough. 

 

In his spare time you will probably find him watching cricket or rugby, playing his drums or listening to his rapidly expanding vinyl collection, but not all at once!

Jude Macdonald   Director of Inclusion

Jude Macdonald is an experienced school leader with specialisms in strategic school improvement, HR and SEND provision. She joins the Keys Executive team as the Director of Inclusion. 

Putting the needs of students first is her key priority and this drives every decision that she makes. Every student matters, irrespective of background or educational need and she takes pride in driving positive outcomes and successes.

Jude thrives on new challenges and taking calculated risks. She has made over 1300 skydives and regularly fly in the Twinwoods Adventure wind tunnel.

Howard Nelson   Interim Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer

Howard Nelson holds the role of interim Chief Executive Officer for the Trust, taking a lead on many aspects of our operations outside of the classroom. Howard joins us after his role as COO for DNEAT and CEO for DoNESC; giving him a wealth of experience in all areas of Trust Leadership, Operations and Finance. Howard has extensive experience within the Education Sector, and is a key member of our Executive Team.
