Pudsey Bear Brings Smiles to Nova Primary Academy
Pudsey Bear made a special visit to Nova Primary Academy in South Bretton this week, much to the delight of pupils and staff alike!
The beloved mascot surprised children in Years 3 to 6 during their special Children in Need assembly, before joining the younger classes for a lively game of musical bears. The excitement and laughter could be heard throughout the school as pupils celebrated the important message of helping others and making a difference.
Pudsey also spent time with the School Council, chatting with them about their fundraising efforts and how Nova Primary supports the Children in Need campaign. The School Council will be sharing more about their experience in a special interview on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire later this week.
Mr Daniel Saull Head Teacher of Nova Primary, part of Keys Academies Trust said: “It was a real privilege to welcome Pudsey to Nova Primary Academy. The children were thrilled to meet him, and it was a fantastic way to bring the message of kindness, generosity, and community spirit to life. We’re incredibly proud of how our pupils have embraced the Children in Need campaign and the positive difference they’re helping to make.”
The visit was a heartwarming reminder of the power of coming together as a school community, full of smiles, laughter, and a shared commitment to supporting a great cause.
